Acceptance of Terms By booking the Olive Express service, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. Olive Express reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Liability and Risk Management Olive Express maintains up to $20 million public liability insurance. While Olive Express endeavours to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, clients acknowledge that participation is at their own risk. Olive Express shall not be liable for any discomfort or health issues arising from its services except as covered under our public liability insurance.

Privacy and Use of Personal Information Olive Express complies with Australian privacy laws in collecting and handling personal information. Photographs taken during the service may be used on social media and for promotional purposes. By participating in the service, clients consent to the use of such pictures.

Use of Client Logos Clients consents to Olive Express using their logo to indicate that Olive Express has visited and that they are a customer. This usage is solely for informational purposes and does not imply any endorsement by the Client.

Safety Standards Compliance The Olive Express van is constructed to the highest safety and electrical standards, in compliance with the Health and Safety Commission's regulations. Clients are assured of the safety and quality of the service environment.

Rights and Responsibilities Clients and Olive Express are bound by the standard rights and responsibilities applicable to aged care therapy delivery services. Clients must familiarise themselves with these rights and obligations to ensure a mutually respectful and beneficial experience.

Transfer and Accessibility The aged care provider is responsible for transferring individuals to and from the Olive Express van. At least one care staff member must assist residents on and off the simulation to ensure safe passage. Olive Express does not accommodate wheelchairs due to safety and accessibility constraints.

Cancellations and Charges Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked session may incur a charge, as specified at the time of booking. This policy ensures the efficient operation of the service and allows other clients the opportunity to book.

Food and Allergies Olive Express is not responsible for any allergic reactions or dietary issues arising from food consumption during the service. The aged care provider is responsible for communicating any residents' dietary restrictions or allergies to Olive Express before service delivery.

Health and Emergency Procedures Olive Express staff are trained to handle health emergencies and will coordinate with the aged care provider's staff in case of any incident.

Feedback and Complaints Clients may provide feedback or lodge complaints through the designated channels. Olive Express is committed to maintaining high service standards and promptly addressing issues.

Service Availability Service availability is subject to scheduling. Olive Express reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

Modifications to Terms Olive Express reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes before their booking date.

Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Use of Logos Olive Express may use the Client's logo to indicate they are a customer solely for informational purposes and not as an endorsement.

Passenger Safety: The aged care provider's staff are responsible for ensuring the safe passage of residents on and off the Olive Express van. This includes assisting with boarding and disembarking to ensure safety and comfort.

Weather Conditions: In the event of rain or wet conditions, OliveExpress reserves the right to cancel operations due to safety concerns. We will endeavor to provide updates as early as possible; however, the final decision may be made on the day of service. If a cancellation occurs, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
